Details for Physical Examination
The international students holding X1 visa or X2 visa shall take a physical examination or notarize the result of the physical examination at Hunan International Travel Healthcare Center, with self-supporting charges.
Physical examination verifier shall take:
1)Passport
2)all the health materials of physical examination finished in his/her homeland, including the Records on Physical Examination of
Foreigners，Chemical Examination Result, X-ray image and electrocardiogram
Physical examination taker shall take:
1)passport
2)two colored photos with full front view, wearing no hat or any head coverings, size 2.2 inches
After being examined by the Hunan International Travel Healthcare Center, the unqualified student shall return to his/her homeland.
After applying for and being authorized by school, the unqualified student can keep the admission qualification of for one year
The student whose school roll is kept shall apply for admission qualification two months in advance before the new semester beginning. After being re-examined by the Hunan International Travel Healthcare Center, the qualified student can transact the enrollment
procedures in school again. The admission qualification will be cancelled automatically if the procedure is unfinished before the
deadline.
