Notice on the Annual Review and Extension of 2020 CSC Scholarship
To all CSC scholarship students:
CSU is currently carrying out the Annual Review and extension for Chinese Government Scholarship students. Annual Review is a comprehensive evaluation of the Chinese Government Scholarship students in our university. Students who are unable to pass the review will be ineligible to continue the next year's scholarship as well as extend the scholarship. The scholarship will be canceled if one fails the Review twice.
CSC Scholarship Annual Review
All CSC scholarship students who have studied in CSU for more than ONE semester must take part in this review, including preparatory Chinese language learning students now.
Students participating in the Annual Review must prepare the document required and complete the following questionnaire before April 30:

Document required:
（1）CSC Annual Review Form
（2）Electronic files of transcripts from the beginning year to the present
（3）Graduate students need to provide screenshots of asking their supervisor to sign comments on theReview Form
（4）supporting material (optional)
Please complete the questionnaire , and upload the document package in RAR/ZIP format in the questionnaire before April 30. File name must be as “Student ID-Chinese Name”.The consequences shall be borne by the student if the materials are lost due to the incorrect naming. Those who fail to complete the questionnaire or submit the materials after the deadline will be deemed to automatically give up the scholarship.

CSC Scholarship Extension for PhD students
Only CSC PhD students who cannot graduate on time this year can apply for extension. CSC scholarship students who will graduate in July 2020 (All Degrees) can not participate in the annual review.
Students applying for extension must participate in the annual review.
Document required for PhD students
（1）CSC Annual Review Form
（2）CSC students Extension Form (中国政府奖学金生延长奖学金期限申请表)；Your supervisor MUST give a clear statement on your mid-term review, proposal defense and thesis writing.ISO will confirm with your supervisor about the content authenticity.
（3）Graduate students need to provide screenshots of asking supervisor to sign comments on the Review Form.
（4）Electronic files of transcripts from the beginning of school to the present
（5）Agreement paper from your embassy.
The above materials shall be uploaded in the questionaire as a compressed File (.rar/.zip) before April 30. File name must be as “Student ID-Chinese Name.Those who fail to complete the questionnaire or submit materials before the deadline will be deemed to automatically give up the scholarship.
