Huang Jianling
Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee
Huang Jianling, male, was born in July 1965. He is a CPC member, master, doctor and researcher. He served as the Secretary of CPC Committee of the School of Civil Engineering, the Dean of the Undergraduate School and the Vice President of Central South University, and now serves as the Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee of Central South University.
Major research area: Civil engineering planning and management.
He has won 2 first prizes and 1 second prize of the science and technology award of China Railway Society, and 2 teaching achievement awards of Hunan Province (second prize). He has published more than 20 academic papers, and been granted 7 patents and software copyrights.
He presides over the party building, the ideological and political education on cadres, talents and teachers, retired personnel, cares for the next generation working committee, and complaint reporting. He assists in the management of the work of the General Office of the University.
