On November 1-3, more than 10 experts from 8 Argentine major medical centers of vascular surgery and thoracic surgery came to the Department of Vascular Surgery of the Second Xiangya Hospital, CSU for further study of the big endovascular surgery technology.

Argentine experts participated in the morning shift English meeting on medicine and nursing, surgical patient rounds and preoperative discussion. Medical staff from the Second Xiangya Hospital completed 8 sets of surgery within 7 hours, during which they also gave Argentine experts three thematic classes.

At the beginning of 2015, Professor Shu Chang from Department of Vascular Surgery of the Second Xiangya Hospital was invited to attend the annual conference of South American CICE Vascular Surgery. At the conference, he delivered a special lecture, made surgical demos and was highly spoken of. After the conference, experts from South American countries all asked to visit the Department of Vascular Surgery of the Second Xiangya Hospital for on-the-spot study.
