On November 3, Central South University (CSU) welcomed a Monash University delegation led by Vice President Sunny Yang.

President Li Jiancheng, together with Vice President Li Zhihong and representatives from relevant units, received the delegation.In his remarks, President Li Jiancheng warmly welcomed Vice President Sunny Yang and her delegation and introduced CSU’s overall development and disciplinary strengths. Referring to more than two decades of productive cooperation, he expressed his hope that the partnership would continue to grow in both depth and scope.Vice President Li Zhihong emphasized CSU’s commitment to advancing joint education, upgrading cooperative programs, and expanding collaboration into emerging fields.Vice President Sunny Yang highlighted Monash University’s strengths in medicine and engineering and voiced her expectation that both sides would further strengthen practical cooperation and jointly open a new chapter of collaboration.

During the meeting, the two sides explored in depth the operation and upgrading of joint education programs and the joint development of university-industry research collaboration platforms.
