C:\Users\hy\Desktop\图片2.jpg图片2ZHENG Bohong1966-), male, Han nationality, born in Shaoguan, Guangdong province, is a Vice dean of architecture and art in Central South University, professor of urban-rural planning, supervisor for doctorates, academic leader of urban-rural planning, registered urban planner in China, outstanding young leading teacher of Provincial Regular-higher-college. Besides, Professor Zheng is also the deputy chief planner of Institute of Design and Research of Central South University, the deputy chairman of Hunan City Science Research Association, the urban-rural planning inspector of Hunan government. And then, Professor Zheng is an expert and consultant of Urban-Rural Planning Commission in Hunan Province, Changsha city.

Zheng has been long engaged in theory research and design project, primarily including the networking of urban-rural function structure and network city, eco city and low carbon spatial planning. At present, Zheng supervises 5 doctors and 50 postgraduate students and teaches.

Zheng has presided and undertaken over 20 scientific research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China(NSFC), the National Social Science Foundation(NSSF), and provincial level, municipal level, ministerial level, departmental level major longitudinal research projects.

Presided a general program of NSFC(The National Natural Science Foundation of China)-Low-carbon urban spatial planning based on carbon emissions scenario simulation analysis (Grant No. 51478470 ).

Presided the completion of NSSF(the National Social Science Found project)--“Study on the World City and Its Network Models”Grant No. 04CJL022Conclusion Grant No. 201208.

Presided science and technology project in Hunan Province-“Research on the parametric design of urban central district planning and design based on the block scale of environment quality simulation” (Grant No. 2013015 ).

 Presided the completion of the major project of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Changsha, 2014-“Study on Building a top-quality Changsha”. (Public open tenderingcontract awarded project).

 Presided the completion of the major advisory research projects of Changsha government in 2010-“The strategic research of developing international city about Changsha”.

 Presided the completion of the major research project of Bureau of urban- rural planning in Changsha-“Strategy Research of Urban Planning to complete modernization for Changsha”, (Public open tenderingcontract awarded project).

 Zheng has presided and completed more than 100 horizontal projects, referring to various planning designplanning consultationplanning research. Among them, more than 20 projects won the prizes.

Main awards

1. Detailed planning and design of Hunan Baoshan Mining Park, Won the third prize for The 3rd National Excellent Urban-Rural Planning Design in 2013 and the first prize for the Excellent Urban-Rural Planning Design of Hunan Province in 2014.

2. Environmental sanitary special planning of Chenzhou, won the second prize for the Excellent Urban-Rural Planning Design of Hunan Province in 2013.

3. The visual environment control of the characteristic culture of Yueyang culture temple, won the second prize for the Excellent Urban-Rural Planning Design of Hunan Province in 2009.

4. The central square planning and design of Pingjiang county, won the second prize for the Excellent Urban-Rural Planning Design of Hunan Province in 2011.

5. The master planning of Xianchaqiao town in Shandong county, won the third prize for the Excellent Urban-Rural Planning Design of Hunan Province in 2008.

6. Urban system planning of Huarong county, won the third prize for the Excellent Urban-Rural Planning Design of Hunan Province in 2008.

7. The comprehensive planning of Huayuan county, won the third prize for the Excellent Urban-Rural Planning Design of Hunan Province in 2013.

8. The regulatory plan of new industrial park in the economic development area of Xiangxiang, won the third prize for the Excellent Urban-Rural Planning Design of Hunan Province in 2013.
