Zhou Kechao, male, Han nationality, was born in December 1962 in Hengyang, Hunan province. He joined the Communist Party of China in November 1998 and started to work in July 1982. He is a doctor of engineering, a professor, a doctoral supervisor, and now he is a member of Standing Committee of CPC Committee and a Vice President of Central South University (CSU).
