Wu Haiquan, male, Han, was born in Jan. 1962 in Changde, Hunan Province. He began to work in July 1986 and joined the Communist Party of China in January 1995. He is a doctor in Education Economics, professor, doctorial tutor. He serves as Deputy Secretary of CPC Committee and Secretary of Committee for Discipline Inspection of Central South University.
